Our experienced Wound Care Nurses have all completed the International Interprofessional Wound Care Course (IIWCC), a 9 to 12-month course offered in partnership with the University of Toronto.

Inclusions:
- Use of Wound VAC Machines
- Periodic cleaning of the wound and surrounding area (as needed)
- Re-dressing of the wound (as needed)
- Monitoring the patient’s condition
- Periodic blood tests
Supporting Services:
- Medication management – ensures adequate stocking and facilitating collection of medical supplies where authorized
- Back-up equipment – for our most frequently-used equipment
- Appointment booking – guarantees timely bookings of appointments and other arrangements such as collections of reports
